CRMs fail because reps must feed them

Big CRMs are where field data goes to be typed up - eventually, wrongly, or never. The pocket CRM inverts it: the scan creates the record, the send writes the log, the reminder sets itself a tap away.

  • Auto-created - every scan becomes a contact with company, event and source attached.
  • Auto-logged - emails, WhatsApp messages and calls land in the timeline without typing.
  • One thumb - status, reminder, note, send: all reachable while walking to the next stand.

Where the pocket CRM pays

BC-M1FIELD TEAM · REPAIRMYCAR.IO

The CRM the reps actually open

The situationrepairmycar.io reps logged visits "when back at the desk" - meaning Friday, meaning half-remembered, meaning never.
The Qsend playThe record creates itself at the scan; status and reminder take two taps in the car park. Adoption isn't a training issue when there's nothing to train.
ROI mathCRM adoption failures burn the whole licence spend. A CRM with zero-entry workflow makes utilisation the default, not the battle.

BC-M2RECRUITERS · TRUSTCV.COM

No candidate falls through the calendar

The situationtrustcv.com recruiters juggle dozens of live candidates; the one they forget on Thursday signs elsewhere on Friday.
The Qsend playEvery promising chat gets a +3d reminder at the handshake. The calendar view turns Monday into a worklist, not an archaeology dig.
ROI mathOne saved placement per quarter from never-missed follow-ups outearns the subscription roughly 50× at typical fees.

BC-M3PARTNER DESK · BESTTRANSFERS.CO.UK

Hot / Warm / Cold, decided at the door

The situationbesttransfers.co.uk meets forty hotels a month. Which ten deserve the callback? Nobody could say without a spreadsheet séance.
The Qsend playStatus is set the moment the conversation ends; managers filter HOT across the workspace and point effort where the heat is.
ROI mathFocusing follow-up hours on the hottest quartile typically lifts conversion per hour worked - the cheapest prioritisation system ever shipped.

BC-M4COMPLIANCE · FXMASTER.CO.UK

Unsubscribes tracked where they happen

The situationfxmaster.co.uk must prove who opted out, when, and that nothing was sent after. Spreadsheets can't testify.
The Qsend playUnsubscribed counts live on every event's capture stats; suppression is workspace-wide and automatic on every future send.
ROI mathA clean, queryable opt-out trail turns a regulatory risk into a two-tap answer - and keeps the whole field channel open.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Do I have to type contacts in?

No. The scan creates the record: name, company, email, phone and the card image, tagged to the event, with the send log written automatically.

How do I keep track of who to chase today?

Worklist shows today, tomorrow and this week. Reminders run from +1 day to fully custom recurrence, and completing an action moves the contact along automatically.

What happens when a rep leaves?

Contacts belong to the workspace, not the phone. Admins reassign them and the pipeline stays intact.

Does it handle duplicates?

Yes. Contacts are deduplicated per workspace on the email key, so two reps scanning the same person do not create two records.

Can team members see each other's contacts?

Team members see contacts they created or were assigned; admins see everything. Notes stay private unless flagged as an alert.
